Making big changes in your organization’s culture may seem difficult: we are here to help you make it possible! Our in depth and sustained consultations cover Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Anti-Racism (AREDI), and Anti-Oppression strategy development with subject-matter experts on embedding and integrating AREDI, and Anti-Oppression into all aspects of the organization. These consultations are very flexible according to your team’s needs, giving you the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve your goals.
Our objective is to not only help you foster a sense of belonging in the organizational culture of your team, but also develop a yearly strategic plan so that you are able to maintain a high level of AREDI and Anti-Oppression. We will make your organization the galaxy in which each of your employees can fully shine.
The price will be determined based on your organization’s goals.
The date and time required to complete the consultation will be determined according to your organization and the consultant’s schedule.
The topic of the consultation will be determined by your organization’s goals. The final decision must be validated by both.
