The Quick Organizational Assessment Tool allows business leaders, HR managers and EDI specialists to quickly self-assess their organization’s AREDI (Anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) status. The results based on this tool could be used in the AREDI strategy development and action planning of your organization.

It is the first step towards Cohesia’s Total EDI Solution. It provides organizations with the basis for informed thinking to instill in each of their employees a sense of belonging that is essential for them to shine at their full potential.

The self-assessment tool is FREE for all organizations and individuals.

It takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete the assessment.

Your results are automatically generated through our report dashboard. You will be given access as soon as you complete the assessment.

Before you start…

  • Please answer the questions honestly, so that the results are as accurate as possible.
  • Please note that we will keep a copy of your evaluation results in our archives in order to continuously improve our services. If you do not want us to archive your results, please contact Eric Melanson at eric@cohesia.ca.
  • Once you have completed the assessment, you will be given access to the report dashboard directly from our website and by email. Your dashboard will be available for one  year.
